David Meikle is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in overseeing digital solutions and driving technology transformation across various organizations. Currently the Founder of BloxWeaver, David focuses on creating an enterprise content fabric for the AI age. As a member of The Apache Software Foundation since 2008, David has held multiple leadership roles including Chairman of the Apache Tika Project Management Committee. Previous positions include Technology Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Amici Procurement Solutions, as well as Chief Technology Officer and Business Transformation Director at Lingo24, where David played a pivotal role in scaling the business and enabling a successful exit. Earlier in the career at Sopra Group, David advanced through several technology-focused roles including Head of Digital and Lead Architect, leading consulting engagements and developing innovative solutions. David holds a BEng (Hons.) 1st Class degree in Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.
