Jekaterina Smirnova has over 10 years of diverse experience in administrative and customer-facing roles. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at JELENA'S CAKE LTD since December 2021, Jekaterina manages orders, client communications, invoicing, and various administrative tasks. Previous positions include serving as a Restaurant Receptionist at Sunborn Group, where Jekaterina enhanced guest experiences, a Data Researcher at Informa Exhibitions focusing on research to support marketing efforts, and additional receptionist roles in high-end restaurants.
