Mark Bubba Ownsby has extensive experience in security and emergency services, currently serving as a Security Officer at Blount Memorial Hospital since May 2022 and as a Security Supervisor at Jewelry Television since February 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Security Dispatcher at The Dollywood Company from May 2018 to June 2021 and worked as CTO/Dispatcher on the 1st Shift at Blount County E-911 Communication Center from September 1998 to November 2020. Mark's earlier roles include serving as a Reserve Police Officer at the Blount County Sheriff's Office from April 1988 to September 1996 and as a Firefighter with the Blount County Fire Department from March 1986 to September 1996. Mark completed education at William Blount High School between 1981 and 1985.
