Michael Rogers worked for Blount Construction Company, Inc. as Vice President from 1976 until their retirement in January 2023. Michael continued to serve in the role of Vice President even after stepping down in 2010 until July 2023.

Michael Rogers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Real Estate from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Michael attended the university from 1980 to 1985.
