Previously, Maxwell held the position of Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where notable achievements included receiving the 2020 Vancouver McKinsey Inspirational Leadership award and driving significant business growth for various clients across multiple industries. Maxwell began the professional journey as a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey and later served as a Full Stack Developer at Delightful Reviews. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction and Honours in Economics from the University of Victoria, complemented by an exchange program at the National University of Singapore and a web/app development bootcamp.
