Jennifer Manosh, MSW, is a dedicated medical social worker with extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sectors. Currently employed at Blossom Ridge Home Health and Hospice since December 2021, Jennifer assesses the psycho-social status of patients and collaborates with the medical team. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a medical social worker at InnovAge, providing services to participants and caregivers, and held a position as an agency social worker at ABC Foster Family Services, Inc., where case management and collaboration with various stakeholders were key responsibilities. Jennifer’s earlier experiences include internships focused on mental health and youth counseling, as well as roles in geriatrics and nutrition services. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Nutrition from Keene State College.
