Torri Cowans is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in care management and coordination. Currently serving as a Health Home Care Manager at Companion Care of Rochester since October 2020, Torri has previously held roles such as Care Coordinator at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC, and Care Manager at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. In addition, Torri has contributed to the community as a Child and Family Specialist at Children Awaiting Parents-Cap and as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at the Urban League of Rochester Economic Development Corp. Torri is a long-standing member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Torri holds a Master of Arts degree from Nazareth College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Saint Leo University.
