Molly Ford started with the company in September of 2011. She has had a few roles during her tenure at Blossom, first as the Accountant for the agency covering all aspects of finance. She also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer for approximately a year and a half which added to her skills and greater knowledge of home health services. In 2017, she returned to the finance department as the Director. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting.
