Vikas Jha is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and commerce. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering for Conversational Commerce at Bloomreach since December 2023, Vikas previously founded and led Radiance Commerce, a pioneer in Conversational AI for commerce, before its acquisition by Bloomreach. Earlier in their career, Vikas held the role of Director of Engineering for Display Advertising at Google, focusing on data-driven advertising and publisher yield optimization. As the founder and CEO of Teracent, which became a market leader in dynamic display advertising before its acquisition by Google, and serving as VP of Engineering at Inktomi and a Research Scientist at UCLA, Vikas has built a robust foundation in computer science with a PhD and MS from UCLA and a B. Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
