Vanessa Sedo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Vanessa is currently working at Bloomreach as the Demo Engineering Team Manager and Demo Product Owner. Prior to this, they worked at Allego as a Senior Customer Success Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Vanessa served as the Senior Manager of the Global Solution Engineering Demo Team at Acoustic. Before that, they had an extensive 8-year tenure at IBM, where they held various roles including Demo Team Operations Manager, Senior Client Solution Professional, and Technical Product Strategist. Vanessa also worked at Unica as a Senior Business Solutions Consultant, at AIR Worldwide as an Analyst, at Verbind as a Solution Consultant, and at Partners First as a Risk Analyst.

Vanessa Sedo attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Actuarial Science. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2021, Developing Your Team Members from LinkedIn in December 2020, and Managing Employee Performance Problems from LinkedIn in December 2020.
