Kim Benton has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kim started their career as a Bank Teller at First State Bank Central Texas from June 2014 to July 2016. Kim then moved on to Thales Digital Identity and Security (ex Gemalto) where they held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialist from September 2018 to April 2019, and Recruiting Coordinator from November 2016 to September 2018. At Thales, they excelled in candidate sourcing and coordination, implementing recruitment initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Kim then joined Thales as a Talent Acquisition Partner from April 2019 to October 2020, providing expertise in full-cycle recruiting for complex roles and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. In 2020, they joined Alert Logic as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and facilitate interviews.
