Boris Kuzmic has a diverse and extensive work experience. Boris is the Founder and CEO of Kcode d.o.o since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Software Engineer/Go Developer at Bloomreach starting from November 2021. From January 2021 to November 2021, Boris served as a Cloud Developer at Digitalni klik d.o.o. (Immowelt Group).

Before transitioning into cloud development, Boris worked at Ericsson Nikola Tesla. Boris held the position of Senior Software Developer from December 2015 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing iOS and Android IPTV demo applications and designing the M-Commerce system 2.0 for BH Telecom.

Boris also gained experience in software development and systems integration during their time at Zerocracy as a Software Developer from December 2018 to May 2020. In addition, they worked on IPTV-portal development and J2EE project testing at Ericsson Nikola Tesla from January 2011 to June 2013.

Early in their career, Boris worked as part of the FERWebTeam at FER from September 2004 to March 2006. Boris focused on improving the CSS and JavaScript of the FER website and also handled PHP programming.

Boris Kuzmic obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, which they attended from 2000 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they became GitOps Certified for Argo - GitOps at Scale, Level 2 from Codefresh in June 2023. Boris also holds certifications such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in March 2021, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from AWS obtained in December 2020. Boris Kuzmic also earned the Certified Architect on Apache Cassandra certification from DataStax in June 2016. In 2014, they obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Programming Cloud Services for Android Handheld Systems, Astrobiology and the Search for Extraterrestrial Life, and Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems. Furthermore, Boris Kuzmic achieved the English C2 Level certification from Link-BS Educa Centar in March 2007. Boris'searliest certifications include Java 1.4 Associate and Java 1.4 Programmer from SUN, both obtained in December 2006.
