Brett Patterson was named the President of Outback Steakhouse in February 2020. He is responsible for leading the domestic operations and development of more than 700 restaurants nationwide.
Brett has over 30 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at Steak and Ale, Bahama Breeze, and LongHorn Steakhouse. He also served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Olive Garden. Prior to joining Outback in 2017 as Group Vice President, Brett was the brand president of Ruby Tuesday, and early in his career, he was part of the leadership team at Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
Since joining Outback, Brett has been instrumental in driving sustainable growth through a consistently excellent guest experience.
Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida.
