Nsela McLaughlin is a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Bloomfire, responsible for implementing knowledge management software solutions for strategic accounts, collaborating with internal product teams on feature development, and supporting go-to-market strategies. With previous experience as an Implementation Project Manager and Implementation Specialist at Bloomfire, Nsela provided technical consultation, developed custom project plans, and facilitated training for enterprise clients. Prior experience includes serving as Design Coordinator for Viacom's Entertainment & Youth Group, where coordination of creative projects for over 30 designers and the implementation of a Jira workflow process for over 200 users were key responsibilities. Beginning the career at Viacom as an On-Air Production Assistant for Comedy Central, Nsela provided support for various promotional activities. Nsela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Digital Media and Public Relations from Baylor University.
