Cynthia Emporellis is an experienced elementary school teacher currently employed at Bloomfield Public Schools in New Jersey since September 2018. In this role, Cynthia has created an engaging classroom environment, developed performance improvement plans for staff, and curated lessons that enhance student achievement, achieving a success rate of 95% of students on grade level by the year's end. Prior to this, Cynthia taught at Clover Park Public Schools from February 2016 to June 2018, focusing on Kindergarten and 1st Grade, and effectively utilized technology to foster student learning and engagement. Cynthia began their career as a student teacher at West Orange Public School District in late 2015, where hands-on learning strategies and differentiated instruction techniques were emphasized. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Caldwell University.
