Matias Masoliver began their work experience as an Intern Strategy Analyst at Accenture in 2015. Matias then worked as a Purchaser - New Projects at Porsche from an unknown start date until August 2018. In 2018, Matias joined Lidl España as a Category & Purchasing Manager and is currently still in that role. In 2022, they will begin working at Bloome in an Expansion role.

Matias Masoliver completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Esade between 2012 and 2016. In 2015, they participated in an Exchange Programme at the Ivey Business School at Western University, specializing in Business (HBA). Matias has also obtained a Deutsch - C1 certification from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates, although the month and year of acquisition are not mentioned.
