Gareth Sparks has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Gareth started their career at Leadership Connect in 2008, where they first worked as a Senior Content Manager and Manager, Quality for five years. Gareth then transitioned to become a Full Stack Engineer until 2020. In 2020, they joined Bloomberg Government as a Web Application Architect.

Gareth Sparks pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which they completed in the year 2008.
