Vineet Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Internship-Trainee at Mehda Servo Drives R&D Pvt. Ltd. In 2012, they had further internship experience at ARK Technologies and 24x7Onlinetutoring, where they served as an Internship-Trainee and Academic Excellence Consultant, respectively. Vineet then worked as a Research Assistant at Indian Institute of Science before joining Cummins Inc. in 2014 as a Systems Integration Engineer Intern. At Cummins Inc., Vineet worked on systems integration of After-treatment systems for Diesel Engines and analyzed the emission performance of specific engine models.

In 2015, Vineet was hired as an Electronic Engineer at Cummins Inc., where they gained extensive experience in power electronics design, electrical system design, and control algorithm design. Vineet also worked on designing Energy Storage Inverters as part of the R&D team. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Control Systems Senior Engineer, where they continued to contribute in power electronics, electrical system design, and control algorithm development.

In 2021, Vineet joined ChargePoint as a Senior Staff Power Electronics Engineer, focusing on power electronics engineering for electric vehicle charging technology. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Electrical Engineer at Bloom Energy, starting in 2023.

In addition to their industry experience, Vineet Pandey also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Purdue University from 2013 to 2015, where they conducted research and taught undergraduate classes.

Vineet Pandey holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which they obtained from Purdue University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from 2012 to 2013. Vineet completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Vineet obtained a certification in Advance Robotics and web applications from ARK Technologies in 2011.
