Jose Manuel Rosales is a skilled Project Engineer currently employed at Bloom Companies, LLC since January 2023. With prior experience as a Civil Project Engineer at Sener from March 2021 to July 2022 and as a Hydraulic Supervisor at the Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA) from November 2020 to March 2021, Jose has developed a strong foundation in engineering. Educationally, Jose Manuel Rosales obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 2015 to 2020, a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from IPN ESIA Zacatenco from 2013 to 2015, and a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from UNAM FES Aragon from 2000 to 2005.
