Tonia Bastyan has over 28 years of work experience. Tonia began their career in 1992 as a Designer and Owner at Press & Bastyan. In 2002, they moved to Whistles as a Senior Designer/Design Manager. In 2006, they worked as a Brand and Design Consultant at Tonia Bastyan. In 2009, they became the Creative Director at BASTYAN. In 2013, they took on the role of Brand Manager/Creative Director at Jigsaw Australia. In 2015, they became the Head of Design at Sportscraft. In 2017, they worked as a Brand & Design Consultant at Chalk redesign. In 2018, they took on the role of Creative Director at Conscious Swim. Currently, they are a Designer at BlockTexx.

Tonia Bastyan attended Ravensbourne College of Design and Technolegy from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a BA Hons in Fashion & Textiles.
