Adrian Jones has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 as the General Manager Program Office at MYER. In 2010, they took on the role of Managing Director Borders and Group Commercial Director at Red Group Retail. In 2012, they were the Non Exec Director and Owner at Meredith Clothing Group. From 2014 to 2017, Adrian was the Chief Executive Officer at APG & Co Pty Ltd and Charles Parsons & Co Pty Ltd, respectively. In 2016, they were the Chairperson at HoMie Clothing. In 2017, Adrian founded and became the Director of Empirica Consulting. In 2020, they were the Executive Director at Pop up Digital. Finally, in 2022, they became a Co-Founder at perkable.co.

Adrian Jones attended The Streetly School from 1980 to 1985, and then Durham University from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Economics, Econometrics and Statistics. In 2017, they completed a Graduate AICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and obtained a Company Directors Course certification from the same institution in November of the same year.
