Roanna Doe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Roanna is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Fardoe Software Ltd, where they lead BlockFrauds, a platform that helps insurers detect fraud using advanced technologies like AI and proprietary algorithms. Roanna started this role in February 2019.
Prior to their current position, Roanna worked at Johnson Matthey plc for a considerable amount of time. Roanna'sroles at the company included New Business Development Director, Managing Director of Battery Systems, and Group Corporate Development Director. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic visioning, execution of major projects, identifying and securing collaborations, analyzing and prioritizing opportunities, and leading the transaction process. Roanna joined Johnson Matthey in September 2000 and left in November 2018.
Before joining Johnson Matthey, Roanna worked as a Division Accountant and later as a Project and Division Accountant at the Colours & Coatings division. Roanna also held the role of Secondee Reporting Accountant in the Emission Control Technologies division. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor and a Secondee Management Accountant at the Electronics and Precious Metals divisions.
Roanna started their career as a Chartered Accountant trainee at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. During their time there, they gained experience in corporate audit across various industries and was seconded to the Forensics department.
Overall, Roanna has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, financial analysis, project management, and transactional activities throughout their career.
Roanna Doe has a BA (Hons) degree in Zoology from the University of Oxford. Roanna also completed the Johnson Matthey Senior Leaders Course in 2012-13 at the London Business School. Additionally, they obtained the ACA qualification from the ICAEW.
