Clara Baggett is a Senior Recruiter at Blockdaemon, with a focus on full-cycle global talent recruiting in the web3, fintech, and SaaS sectors, placing roles from entry to director level across various teams. Clara played a key role in building and scaling the in-house recruiting team at Blockdaemon and is currently also a member of ATX DAO, promoting the involvement of Austin's crypto communities. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Area Sales Manager at GE Appliances, managing significant annual billing and training across the Northeast and Northwest regions, as well as participating in a Commercial Development Program. Clara holds a BSBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Louisville College of Business.
