Caroline Long is a seasoned legal and financial professional with extensive experience in institutional markets, project management, and large-scale financial transactions. Currently serving as the Global Head of Institutional Markets (Legal) at Blockchain.com since July 2021, Caroline oversees legal aspects of both consumer and institutional products in the crypto finance sector. As a Director at CML Consultants Limited since February 2018, Caroline specializes in project and transaction management, providing legal support for notable clients such as Symphony Communication Services, LLC. Previously, as Managing Director and Partner at Foxford Advisors LLP, Caroline contributed to establishing the firm and managing its operations focused on the European private debt market. Caroline's career began at Baker McKenzie, where from August 1998 to July 2016, significant leadership in complex financial transactions and restructurings was demonstrated. Early professional roles include positions at Clayton Utz and the Commonwealth Bank. Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW.
