Junpeng (Jason) Lu is a Senior Software Engineer at Block since October 2022, previously holding the title of Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley from August 2021 to October 2022. Jason has a strong background in cloud infrastructure, having developed an internal platform for secure provisioning, migrated AWS AMI build pipelines, and built monitoring tools leveraging Python and AWS services. Prior experience includes leading a team to create a risk analysis tool during a tenure as Technology Analyst at Morgan Stanley, as well as implementing a graph database system as a Technology Summer Analyst. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
