Caroline Zee is an experienced HR professional with a focus on business partnering and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Square Engineering and Square Risk at Block, Caroline has previously held positions at Coinbase as HR Business Partner for Tech and Core Functions, and at BNP Paribas as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Talent Management and Organizational Development. Earlier in their career, Caroline worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as HR Business Partner for Global Asset & Wealth Management Operations and participated in the HR Rotational Analyst Development Program. Caroline is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies Honors and Communications from Davidson College.
