Rika's career includes roles at SEEK Asia as Assistant Manager Human Resources, Gojek as HR Business Partner, and OY! Indonesia as Head of HR & GA, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, HR policy management, and stakeholder reporting. Rika’s professional journey began at Putera Sampoerna Foundation as L&D and Business HR, following an initial role in finance at PT Bona Nusantara Raya Sakti.
