Hugo Hyungsoo Lee has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Hugo Hyungsoo began their career as an Assistant Manager at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction and held the position until 2012. After that, they worked as a Manager at GS Caltex from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Block Crafters Co., Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, and later took on the roles of Head of Finance and Vice President. Their most recent position is as the Chief Executive Officer at Haru Invest, where they started in 2019.

Hugo Hyungsoo Lee obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, which they attended from 2002 to 2009. After taking a break from their studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance at SKK GSB Sungkyunkwan University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
