Elizabeth Kaczor (Rakow) currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Block Communications, Inc., overseeing HR operations for 1,900 employees across various divisions, including publishing, broadcasting, broadband, and telecom. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Vice President of Human Resources at ProMedica, where responsibilities included leading HR operations for the Senior Care Division with over 25,000 employees across more than 20 states. Elizabeth's extensive experience in human resources began at HCR ManorCare, ascending to Vice President, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of over 60,000 employees in 30+ states. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Adrian College and further education from Western Michigan University.
