Rick Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rick started their career as a Law Intern at the Law Office of Attorney Joshua Brown in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Brass Tacks as a Trumpeter before moving on to become a Permanent Substitute Teacher at John C. Daniels School from 2011 to 2013. Concurrently, they also took the role of Author and Co-founder at The Soul Strut from 2012 to 2013. In 2012, Rick also worked as a Digital Publishing Intern at Yale University Press. Rick then joined Forward3D in 2013, where they spent five years as a Senior PPC Analyst until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Paid Search at Block and Tam, starting in March 2018. Additionally, earlier in their career, Rick worked as a Tennis Instructor and Maintenance Worker at The Woodbridge Club from 2007 to 2010.

Rick Kramer has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, which they earned between 2007 and 2011. Their major was English, with a minor in Music. In 2010, they also studied abroad at Syracuse University Abroad in Madrid, focusing on the Spanish language. Prior to their university education, they attended Amity Regional High School from 2004 to 2007.
