Nish Sivarajan is an experienced professional in capital raising and investor relations, currently serving as the Director at Bloc Ventures since June 2023, where leadership in fundraising and stakeholder relationship management is key. Previously, Nish held the position of Vice President at Raymond James, focusing on project management for fundraising mandates, and served as the Institutional Capital & Relations Manager at Foresight Group, specializing in renewable and sustainable investing. Additional roles include Capital Relationships Manager at Cromwell Property Group, where efforts were directed towards real estate fund management, and investor relations positions at Fidante Partners and Lazard Asset Management, managing significant investments across various asset classes. Nish began a career in performance and risk analysis at State Street Investment Analytics after completing a Master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
