Griffin Janes is an Executive Underwriter with Blitz Insurance since December 2023. Prior to joining Blitz Insurance, Griffin worked at Berkley Aspire as a Senior Business Development Underwriter in the Excess & Surplus lines. Before that, Griffin held a position as Underwriting Manager for Commercial, Entertainment & Recreation at Allen Financial Insurance Group. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University, Griffin has a strong background in underwriting, business development, and team leadership.
