Staffan Elfver has a diverse work experience. Staffan began their career in 2003 as a Business Analyst for the Invest in Sweden Agency, where they were responsible for project management for the IT and Electronics sectors in the UK, assisting foreign companies with an interest in the Swedish market, lead generation, and one to one meetings with company MDs and BDM's. In 2004, they moved to Morgan Stanley as a Trading Assistant. In 2005, they became an Institutional Fixed Income Associate Sales Director at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust International. In 2010, they founded and became the Managing Director of Tellusfashion Ltd, an e-commerce company. In 2013, they became the CEO of Quesecome.com, another e-commerce company. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Bliss Pago, a fintech company.

Staffan Elfver obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University between 1996 and 1997. Staffan then went on to obtain a BA (HONS) in International Finance & Capital Markets from the University of Brighton between 2000 and 2003.
