Amit B. has a strong background in legal and intellectual property management.

Amit is currently the Head of Legal at Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd., a role they started in January 2022.

Prior to their current position, they worked at Mega LifeSciences for 10 years as the Head of Intellectual Property and Legal (Global) from April 2012 to January 2022.

Amit also gained experience as an R&D Trainee at Indofil Chemical Company from September 2001 to January 2002, focusing on product development and patentability analysis.

Amit B. has a diverse education history, with degrees and diplomas spanning various fields and multiple institutions. Amit first attended TMC Law College, Mumbai University from 2008 to 2011, obtaining their LLB. Degree in a 3-year program. During this time, they also pursued an Mphil in Intellectual Property Rights, completing it in 2010. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of General Law degree from TMC Law College, Mumbai University from 2008 to 2010.

In 2005, Amit attended the National Academy of Legal Studies And Research (NALSAR) University of Law, where they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Law in 2006. Prior to that, they participated in a course at the World Intellectual Property Organization Worldwide Academy in 2003, where they received a DL - 101 certification in the General Course on Intellectual Property.

Amit's academic journey began earlier with a focus on Chemistry. From 1999 to 2001, they pursued an M.Sc degree in Organic Chemistry at Dr. B. A. M. University. Amit completed their undergraduate studies at B.N.B College, Mumbai University, where they obtained a B.Sc. in Chemistry from 1995 to 1998.

It is evident that Amit B. has a strong educational background, with a particular emphasis on the fields of law and intellectual property rights, but with a foundation in chemistry as well.
