Priti Dugar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 1991, they started their career as a Network Planner at Bell Northern Research, where they were involved in software development and network demand planning. Priti later joined Ericsson as a Network Designer, where they worked on statistical analysis and network planning.

In 1997, Priti joined On-Link Technologies as an Applications Engineer, handling tasks such as software development, customer relationship management, and software delivery. The company was later acquired by Siebel Systems/Oracle.

Priti then transitioned into the education sector and founded various STEM programs in local schools. Priti served as a Board Member, Administrator, and Coach, organizing national math competitions and receiving the United States President's Service Award.

In 2015, Priti joined Afficient Academy, an EdTech software startup, where they worked in product and business development. This involved creating business strategies, sales planning, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and program management.

Lastly, Priti is the Founder and CEO of Blinkpad, a cloud-based recruiting platform for healthcare and hospitality industries. Priti also powers InnovatorMD, a healthcare vertical for Founder Institute, offering jobs, advising, consulting, and product testing opportunities.

Priti Dugar pursued their education at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
