Niv Schneiderman has had a varied career in software engineering. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer for Blink Ops. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer for Microsoft from 2018-2022, where they were part of the Azure Monitor Backend team and took part in many areas with interesting challenges. From 2010-2018, they served as a Company Commander in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces, training a troop of 60 soldiers and staff of 20 senior officers and squad commanders, and planning and managing professional military courses that included the use and operation of advanced military technologies.

Niv Schneiderman attended Begin High School, where they majored in Mathematics and Physics. Niv then went on to Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2019.
