Andy Repak is the Director of the Virginia Distribution Center (VDC), a bureau within the Department of General Services’ Division of Purchases & Supply. His current job involves responsibility for the $30 Million internal service fund operation to include customer service, marketing, personnel, accounting, information systems, cooperative procurement, quality assurance testing, warehousing, inventory control, distribution, and security.
