Candace Dukes is an experienced healthcare administrator with a focus on surgical services. In the current role as Administrative Director of Surgical Services at Blessing Hospital, Candace oversees operations to ensure effective delivery of surgical care. Previously, Candace served as Director of Surgical Services at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel from June 2012 to August 2013, contributing to the successful startup of the facility, which opened in October 2012. Areas of responsibility included Preadmission Testing, Pre-operative Services, Intraoperative Services, Post-operative Services, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing.
