Will B. currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Chair at both OnSide and Babyzone, overseeing program delivery in areas like GenAI and fundraising. Additionally, Will is a Pioneer at Blenheim Chalcot. Previously, Will held the role of VP Operations and Chief of Staff at Oxwash, managing service delivery, business operations, and national P&L, while also contributing to strategy and innovation efforts. Will's earlier experience includes leading leadership development programs at the British Army and managing operational roles, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Will holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership from Bayes Business School, a BSc in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol, and a Chief of Staff Certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
