Sean O'Kelley is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in customer relations and support. Currently a Customer Service Representative at µþ±ô±ð²Ô»å´³±ð³Ù® since January 2021, Sean handles over 150 customer inquiries daily, addressing technical and billing issues. Previously, as a Customer Relations and On-Boarding Specialist at Coastal Bend Waste, Sean consulted on customer strategies and onboarded over 500 new subscription customers. Sean's earlier experience includes roles at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where impressive sales were achieved through excellent customer service, and at Heavy Heavy, where skills in graphic design and web development were utilized. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from St. Mary's University.
