Luciano Rufo is a skilled fullstack developer with experience in agile methodologies and technologies such as .NET, React, React Native, and Azure DevOps. Currently, Luciano works at Kaizen Softworks since January 2021, engaging directly with offshore clients. Prior to this, Luciano served as CTO and project manager at Labor Development & Technology, applying Node.js with Express.js, Android Studio, and Arduino. Earlier experience includes a similar role at Kaizen Softworks from August 2019 to September 2020. Luciano holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay and has completed foundational education at Scuola Italiana di Montevideo.
