Hila Shitrit Nissim

Chief Marketing Officer at BLEND Localization

Hila Shitrit Nissim has extensive work experience in marketing and public relations. Hila began their career in 1997 as an Officer at the IDF Spokesperson Unit, where they were responsible for structuring, administering and overseeing articles, interviews and television specials created to further the representation of the IDF. In 1998-2000, they were the Department Commander of 30 soldiers in the training course for the Spokesperson Unit and managed a team of twelve soldiers to run all public relations programs for the IDF.

In 2000, Nissim joined Oscar4b as Projects Manager, where they organized and supervised high profile international and domestic conferences, and acted as a liaison between the conference chairpersons, speakers, sponsors and participants.

In 2005, Nissim joined Viola Group as VP Marketing and led Viola Group's marketing and investor relations strategy, planning and implementation. Hila created and executed the annual marketing plan and budget, which included branding & messaging, events in Israel and abroad, sector-focused conferences, speaking engagements, public relations, social media, content marketing, websites, marketing collateral and presentations, and more.

In 2017, Nissim joined Promo.com as VP of Communications. Her role was to empower businesses of all sizes to grow online with the power of video. In the same year, they also joined G-CMO Forum as a Member, an exclusive community of Israel's top CMOs from global companies, startups, and VC's.

In 2020, Nissim began working as Marketing Advisor for Cervello, a leading railway cybersecurity provider, and Listory, the go-to app for quality content. Hila also became Chief Marketing Officer for BLEND Localization, a global localization company. In 2021, they began working as Marketing Advisor for XTEND.

Hila Shitrit Nissim received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University between 2001 and 2003. Hila then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategy from Tel Aviv University between 2004 and 2007.
