Jody Blakley has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple roles and industries. They most recently served as the Director of Operations at BLEFA GmbH, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Blefa Kegs, Inc. as an Operations Manager from August 2020 to April 2023. Jody also has extensive experience at Schneider Electric, where they held various positions such as Value Stream Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Production Supervisor. Their responsibilities at Schneider Electric included managing production, transportation programs, and supervising union hourly production employees. Jody began their career at Schneider Electric in September 1996 and worked there until April 2020.

Jody Blakley earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree at Ball State University from 1992 to 1996.
