Ajay Kohli, MD JD MIA, currently serves as an Attending Emergency Physician and Assistant Professor at Duke University Health System, where also holds the role of DEI leader since August 2016. In addition, Ajay Kohli is the Chief Well-Being Officer at ExecuThrive and has been a Thinking Partner and Executive Coach at True Advance since November 2021. Ajay Kohli acts as Chief Medical Officer at Archetype, participating in venture capital and consulting initiatives. Previous roles include serving as an Expert Reviewer and Consultant for the Global Health Innovative Technology (GHIT) Fund and completing an Emergency Medicine residency at Emory University. Ajay Kohli has legal experience as an Associate Attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and as President of Prometheus Solutions LLC, a legal outsourcing services company. Ajay Kohli holds degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University, University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, Columbia University, and The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
