Tomer Weinstein is the Co-Founder of ShiftUp Solutions and Co-Founder & CRO of BLEE Hackathons. Tomer previously served as the CEO of STEPS& and worked as a Consultant at Eilat-Eilot Renewable Energy. Additionally, Tomer was a Co-Founder of MigrantHealth and a Business Development Manager at Odis Filtering Ltd. Tomer also has experience in business development at EDC and consulting at African Development & Emergency Organisation. Tomer has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Geneva and a degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
