David Handsman serves as a Real Estate Partner at Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, LLP, since March 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in the Northeastern United States. David's expertise encompasses commercial office and retail leasing, real estate financing, and the representation of not-for-profit organizations, among other areas. Prior to their current role, David was a Partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP from May 2016 to March 2022 and co-founded Handsman & Kaminsky LLP, where David practiced as a commercial real estate attorney from July 1993 to April 2016. David Handsman earned a degree from The George Washington University between 1977 and 1981.
