Jessica Fitzgerald, MBA has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Sales Manager and Corporate Recruiter at Southwestern Advantage, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a sales-focused team. Jessica also provided leadership and mentorship to organizations of up to 30 sales staff. Jessica led territory management, including sales, branding, and product delivery, and audited financial and information management services.

In 2013, Jessica joined Too Faced Inc as a Sales Executive, where they maximized bottom-line results by driving brand sales and employee education across multiple locations. Jessica demonstrated expertise in assessing clients' needs and explaining product features to achieve objectives.

From 2014 to 2018, Jessica worked as a Regional Director of Operations, Sales, and Growth at BUILDINGSTARS. In this role, they provided labor management to a large distribution team across multiple sites and improved service operations and gross margins. Jessica also planned and managed a regional budget.

In 2018, Jessica joined Omega Fluid Power Services as the Director of Operations & Sales. Jessica researched, analyzed, and documented the effectiveness of existing operational processes to identify areas of improvement. Jessica developed and implemented new strategies for company progression and achieved a 25% decrease in costs and lead times through a large-scale vendor network.

Currently, Jessica is the Director of Operations at Builder's Choice, Inc. Here, they lead all facets of operations and develops strategies for multiple teams across four departments. Jessica transforms operational models and evaluates operational efficiencies. Jessica also presents financial information and performance measures to the COO on a biweekly basis.

Jessica Fitzgerald, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Richmond, The American International University in London. Jessica also completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Journalism at Texas A&M University.
