James Chandler has extensive experience in the engineering and construction fields, with a career spanning from 1985 to the present. Currently serving as a Field Engineer at BLD Services LLC since May 2016, Chandler previously held the title of Superintendent at BLD LLC from February 2015 to February 2023. Prior roles include Lining Supervisor at BF Joy LLC, where responsibilities included the installation of CIPP liners and various repair products, and a Foreman overseeing underground infrastructure projects. Additionally, Chandler has experience as a Production Manager at Crist Instrument Co., Inc, and worked as a Vactor and PMC Operator at Insituform East, focusing on pipe preparation for lining operations. Chandler is PACP Certified.
