Ryan Latham serves as a member of the PSIA-AASI National Team, focusing on adaptive skiing since April 2024. With extensive experience at Aspen Skiing Company since November 2008, Ryan leads training for youth aged 7-17. In addition, Ryan has guided hiking, biking, jeeping, and rafting at Blazing Adventures since May 2010. Past roles include Sports Program Director at New England Disabled Sports and Snowsports Manager at Challenge Aspen, where Ryan supported ski professionals and volunteers in delivering ski instruction to individuals with disabilities. Ryan's career also includes a position as Equipment and Training Manager at Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center from 2005 to 2010, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Ohio University, earned in 2006.
