Michael Schulz has extensive work experience in the production industry. Michael started their career as a Zerspanungsmechaniker at HUMMEL AG in 1995 and later became a Schichtleiter CNC from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they worked in Produktionsplanung at HUMMEL AG. Schulz then held the position of Produktionsleiter/ Head of Production (Prokurist) at HUMMEL AG from 2005 to 2018. Michael was promoted to Director Global Production Management (Prokurist) and held this position until January 2022. Currently, they are working as a Director of Production at Blazejewski Medi-tech GmbH starting from February 2022.

Michael Schulz received their Zerspanungsmechaniker degree from Ausbildung in 1995. From 1997 to 2000, they attended IHK Freiburg and earned their Industriemeister Metall degree. Lastly, from 2002 to 2004, they studied at VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium and obtained their Betriebswirt VWA degree.
